Manager of Gurdwara Sahib in Sector-49 refuses to bestow Siropao to BJP Councilor Rajinder Sharma, Rajinder Singh Badheri strongly condemns

Mr. Rajinder Sharma, BJP Councilor from Ward No. 35, Chandigarh today called on the esteemed personalities of his area and listened to their grievances and assured them of a speedy solution. The prominent personalities of the area under the leadership of Sh. Rajinder Singh Badher, the President of The Super Co-op House Building First (I) Society Ltd., Sector 49-C, Chandigarh welcomed the Councilor Mr. Rajinder Sharma Mr. Rajinder Singh Badheri.
It may be recalled that Mr. Rajinder Sharma has won the recent Municipal Elections from his ward by a huge margin of 474 votes. Mr. Sharma thanked all the residents of the area for his glorious victory.
Sharing the details of today’s meeting, Mr. Rajinder Singh Badheri, Chandigarh State President of All India Jatt Mahasabha and National Delegate of the Mahasabha said that there are total 148 societies in Sectors 48, 49, 50, 51 and 63. The Councilor Rajinder Sharma today assured all the representatives that he would take up all their issues with the Chandigarh MP. Mrs. Kiran Kher, Mayor of Chandigarh, Mrs. Sarabjit Kaur Dhillon, Commissioner of Chandigarh and Deputy Commissioner (who is also the Estate Officer of Chandigarh) along with other administrative officials will work out the solution in all cases.
Mr. Rajinder Singh Badheri said that after being elected as Councilor of Ward-35, Mr. Rajinder Sharma first of all visited his ‘The Super Co-op House Building First (I) Society Limited’ located in Sector 49-C. . A Charter of Demands was also handed over to Rajinder Sharma on the occasion.
Mr. Rajinder Sharma said that the incomplete or remaining works of the previous Councilor would also surely be completed. Mr. Badheri on the occasion told Mr. Rajinder Sharma that the residents of Chandigarh Housing Societies are affiliated with all the parties but “hopefully you as the representatives of all the residents will definitely solve our common problems”.
Mr. Badheri said that the newly elected Mayor of Chandigarh Mrs. Sarabjit Kaur Dhillon is a resident of Mani Majra and she is also belongs to Jatt Community . Mr. Badheri told that Honourable Mayor would soon be honored by this Mahasabha in Chandigarh.
In today’s meeting Rajinder Singh Badheri, President of Chandigarh Nambardar Association,Advisor of Housing Societies Residents Welfare Federation, member of five-member panel, President of Chandigarh Nambardar Association, among others Jujhar Singh, Vinay Malik, Kushal Katoch, Rajinder Kumar Chandna, Amulya. Janeshwar, Vineet Arora, Seva Ram, Mehar Singh, Pankaj Sharma, Amit Mittal, VK Bali, Amit Rana, Ramesh Kaul, Ajit Singh and P.C. Sharma were present.
After the meeting, Councilor Rajinder Sharma also went to pay obeisance at Gurdwara Charan Kanwal Sahib, Sector 49, but the manager of the Gurudwara, Jagjivan Jeet Singh, flatly refused to provide him the Siropao.
Mr. Rajinder Singh Badheri strongly condemned Mr. J.J. Singh’s such negative behavior. He said that Gurdwara Sahib does not belong to any single person but to all, belongs to all.
Mr. Badheri narrating this previous inside story said that in fact J.J. Singh has been a staunch supporter of former Chandigarh mayor Devesh Maudgil, who wanted to contest from Sector-35 on a BJP ticket but he was not given a ticket by the BJP. That is why Mr. J.J. Singh then joined the Aam Aadmi Party but lost by a wide margin to Rajinder Sharma. Acturally Mr. JJ Singh has desperately retaliated his defeat in Municipal Corporation Elections.
